It wasn't like she didn't know. She knew. It was obvious when her tailored suits resisted buttoning. Her fat tits were practically falling out of this blazer. Dean Tillsdale just counted on other people fearing her enough to keep them from saying she gained weight. But today, both her secretary and Jane from Campus Security snuck in references to her newly formed roll of a gut. They must be sensing weakness.

In her case, she knew they were right. Her investment in Project Paula had softened her physically. It was easy to trick herself in to thinking she was still wasp waisted by a simple visual comparison. Overeating was a trap as well. After stuffing Paula with trays of dessert, having some ice cream before bed didn't seem all that decadent to the dean. This resulted in suits that looked cheap because they were so snug. Her severe look was rounded. She was losing her intimidating edge.

Worse, she also softened mentally. She just couldn't be mean when looking forward to a feeding session with the girl. Thus, other students were going unpunished. Soon she'd get a reputation around campus for fairness and compassion. Tillsdale needed to turn this ship around before that happened.

Step one was obviously to sever her ties with Paula. Once that walking, jiggling, feelings-inducing bad example was out of her life, she could lose the weight and have her life as the head of St. Lilith Academy return to normal. If that was the case, why was she having so much trouble picking up the phone?

I always thought a story about a young boy/girl warming up the cold dean Tilsdale's heart with lots of sexy antics in between would be kind of amazing. It seems like she's conflicted about her ways. SHE JUST WANTS LOVE~
